An update is available regarding multiple AEW wrestlers who were unable to wrestle in the United States due to ongoing visa issues.

On the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, our own Dave Meltzer noted that The Beast Mortos and El Clon have each gotten their visas approved.

“Should mention Mortos and Clon both got their visas approved,” Meltzer said.

Clon wrestled at Wednesday’s Collision taping at the Pinnacle in Nashville. He faced Lio Rush in a qualifier for the AEW International title match at Redemption.

Clon had not wrestled for AEW in the United States since the April 22 edition of AEW Collision from Portland, Oregon, where he lost a National Championship match to Jack Perry.

As for Mortos, he has not wrestled for AEW in the United States since the March 18, 2026 edition of Collision from Fresno, California. He and Sammy Guevara dropped the ROH World Tag Team titles to El Sky Team’s Mascara Dorada and Mistico at Arena Mexico on June 26.
