Update on Dralistico’s AEW return
Dralistico is close to returning from the injury that has sidelined him since late 2025.
In December, Dralistico announced that he had undergone an undisclosed surgery. He had been trying to work through ear injuries but was sidelined toward the end of October, last competing in a trios match where La Faccion Ingobernable lost to Komander, Mark Briscoe & Roderick Strong. It’s been four months since Dralistico last wrestled, but our Bryan Alvarez reports that Dralistico has received clearance from his own doctors and is now just waiting to be cleared by AEW.
“Dralistico is said to have been cleared by his doctors in Mexico and is awaiting clearance from AEW, so he should be back soon,” Alvarez writes.
When Dralistico had surgery in December, he sent out a message thanking the fans for their support and Tony Khan for everything Khan has done for him. Dralistico has been signed to AEW since 2023 and is part of the promotion with his brother Rush. Their younger brother Dragon Lee wrestles for WWE.
Rush is also out of action at the moment with his own injury, which is a knee issue.
