Update on FTR’s opponents for RevPro All In weekend event

FTR have new opponents for their Revolution Pro Wrestling debut.

All the way back in February of this year, it was announced that Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler would debut for RevPro by facing off against The Young Guns (Luke Jacobs & Ethan Allen) in London on Saturday, August 29. Those plans were impacted when Allen suffered a torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus that will keep him out of action until 2027. RevPro provided an update today by confirming that the match will now be FTR challenging Cowboy Way (1 Called Manders & Thomas Shire) for the Undisputed British Tag Team titles.

The August 29 event is taking place at OVO Arena Wembley and is RevPro’s 14th anniversary show. It’s happening one day before Wembley Stadium hosts AEW All In 2026.

Fans will be able to watch the RevPro event if they purchase it as a pay-per-view through MyAEW. Other matches include Michael Oku vs. Connor Mills for the Undisputed British Heavyweight Championship, Alexxis Falcon vs. Kanji for the Undisputed British Women’s Championship, and Zack Sabre Jr. vs. Jay Joshua.

When the FTR vs. Young Guns match was first announced, it was also scheduled to be a title bout with Jacobs & Allen having been champions then.

FTR’s AEW status —

After dropping the AEW Tag Team titles to Adam Copeland & Christian Cage at Double or Nothing this May, FTR decided to step away for a bit and take some time for themselves and their families. That break will be ending soon with FTR set to headline an event for indie promotion Appalachian Mountain Wrestling in Corbin, Kentucky on August 22. They’re facing The Good Brothers (Karl Anderson & Doc Gallows) on that show.

It was reported in May that FTR were approaching the option year on their AEW contracts, and WWE was expected to have at least preliminary interest if they do end up hitting free agency.
