World title match confirmed for AEW Dynamite Winter is Coming
Tony Khan has announced a World Championship match for the AEW Dynamite Winter is Coming episode.
Earlier yesterday, on the November 27th edition of Collision, Eddie Kingston challenged Samoa Joe to a World title match, following his win over Katsuyori Shibata. A few hours later, All Elite Wrestling President Tony Khan shared a status on social media officially confirming the bout.
In about two weeks, Joe will officially defend his AEW World Championship against Kingston on December 10th, 2025, at Gateway Center Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. In a passionate promo, The Mad King went directly after The Samoan Submission Machine.
Earlier this month, Joe defeated Adam Page at Full Gear 2025 to crown himself the new AEW World Champion.
As of now, no other title match has been confirmed for the show. Fans now eagerly wait to see what more matches AEW has in store. Next month, in December, All Elite Wrestling is scheduled to start their tour of the United Kingdom, beginning with Collision Winter is Coming in Cardiff, Wales, on December 13th, 2025, and followed by Holiday Bash on December 17th, 2025, in Manchester.
Eddie Kingston announces his final ‘Indy run’
A few weeks ago in November, Eddie Kingston became vocal about his final “indy run”. Kingston recently wrestled for Beyond Wrestling and Pro Wrestling Junkie in New Jersey and claimed them to be his last run on the independent circuit.
“So this is my last indy run. Doing beyond and a show in Jersey this weekend. After that I am taking only one show a month. By next November I am done with the indies and yeah nothing more too it. As of now I [have] December and March, April, May.”
