Bobby Lashley vs. Sami Zayn set for WWE Money in the Bank
A match between Bobby Lashley and Sami Zayn has been set for Money in the Bank.
The challenge was laid out tonight by Bobby Lashley after Sami Zayn came out to apologize for a segment he did last week where he had three men come out as Lashley’s sisters. Zayn said that despite that, he meant everything he said and that he is a liar. After Lashley issued the challenge, Zayn accepted and shook Lashley’s hand. Lashley clamped down, squeezing Zayn’s hand and apologized for what he is going to do with him at Money in the Bank.
Zayn and Lashley have been feuding for the last week. Lashley and Strowman faced Owens and Zayn at Backlash, with Lashley and Strowman picking up the win. After a video aired with Lashley talking about his family life, Zayn has made it a goal to expose Lashley for who he really is.
Money in the Bank will take place on June 17 at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois.
