- At the opening night of World Tag League 2025 today, NJPW ran a show-long angle where YOH demanded that he, Master Wato & Toru Yano be able to defend their NEVER Six-Man Tag Team titles at Wrestle Kingdom 20. The request was finally granted by NJPW Chairman Naoki Sugabayashi after a protest by YOH. Opponents for the match have not been announced yet.
- NJPW has opened up additional tickets for the January 4 Wrestle Kingdom show at the Tokyo Dome.
- TNA Wrestling named BDE, Mila Moore, and Tessa Blanchard as All Star award winners from its events in Orlando at Full Sail University:
