1946 - Buddy Rogers defeated Lou Thesz in Houston, Texas to win the NWA Texas Heavyweight Title

1961 - In a Non Title match in Fargo, North Dakota; Bob Geigel beat AWA Champion Verne Gagne.

1968 - The Big O (Johnny Valentine under a mask) defeated Mr. Wrestling in Atlanta, Georgia to win the NWA Georgia Heavyweight Title.

1969 - In Minneapolis, Minnesota; The Crusher & Bill Watts beat Mad Dog Vachon & Butcher Vachon and Dr X beat Pampero Firpo

1973 - In Kansas City, Kansas; Black Angus defeated Bob Brown and Togo the Great & Tokyo Joe defeated Bob Geigel & Tex McKenzie.

1974 - In Rockford, Illinois; The Crusher & Wahoo McDaniel beat Larry Heiniemi & Buddy Wolff and Baron Von Raschke beat Geoff Portz

1975 - In St. Paul, Minnesota; Superstar Billy Graham & Dusty Rhodes beat Baron Von Raschke & Horst Hoffman in a Loaded Glove Match, also Ivan Putski beat Bobby Heenan and Khosrow Vaziri (Iron Sheik) beat Rock Riddle.

1980 - Rick Steamboat & Jay Youngblood defeated Ray Stevens & Greg Valentine for the NWA World Tag Team Title in Greensboro, North Carolina,

1981 - AWA World Champion Verne Gagne defeated Nick Bockwinkel. After the match, Verne Gagne announced he was retiring as AWA World Heavyweight Champion. Verne vacated the title and it would later be awarded to number-one contender Nick Bockwinkel, who Gagne had defeated for the belt on July 18, 1980. Also on the card, Greg Gagne & Jim Brunzell & Buck Zumhofe beat Ray Stevens & Pat Patterson & Bobby Heenan and Baron Von Raschke defeated Big John Studd.

1999 - Debra defeated Sable for the WWF Women's Title in Orlando, Florida.
