Digital Media title open challenge added to Impact Bound for Glory

The Impact Digital Media Championship will be on the line at next Friday’s Bound for Glory, but the challenger won’t be known until that night.

After defending the title on Thursday’s Impact on AXS against Crazzy Steve, titleholder Brian Myers said he wanted more competition and confidently offered up an open challenge. The match will take place on the pre-show.

Additionally, four new participants were announced for the 20-person Call Your Shot gauntlet match at Bound for Glory: former Impact World Champion Moose, Steve Maclin, Bobby Fish and Bhupinder Gujjar.

The four join the previously announced former World Champion Rich Swann, Gisele Shaw, Heath and PCO. The winner earns the opportunity to challenge for any title, anytime and anywhere.

Here’s the current card for the Friday, October 7th PPV from Albany, New York:

  • Impact World Champion Josh Alexander defends against Eddie Edwards
  • Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace defends against Masha Slamovich
