Former NXT Champion returns to TNA Wrestling at TV taping

TNA Wrestling held a set of TV tapings on Friday night in St. Joseph, Missouri.

NXT’s Ethan Page returned to the promotion for the first time in over four years as part of the ongoing TNA/WWE partnership. His last TNA appearance came at Hard to Kill 2021, where he was killed off in a cinematic match by his alter-ego, The Karate Man.

Page returned during a segment involving Frankie Kazarian and TNA World Champion Joe Hendry. Kazarian challenged Hendry to a title match at Rebellion on April 27, but Page interrupted to say he had also earned a shot. A three-way match featuring Hendry vs. Kazarian vs. Page was made official for Rebellion.
