Josh Alexander vs. Deaner, Chelsea Green vs. Mia Yim set for Impact
Impact World Champion Josh Alexander will be in non-title action on the post-Slammiversary edition of Impact on AXS.
Fresh off his win over Violent By Design leader Eric Young last Sunday, Alexander’s run through the faction will continue as he faces Deaner.
This all leads into Alexander’s next match: a World title defense at Against All Odds on July 1st against VBD member and former Tag Team Champion Joe Doering.
Thursday’s show will also see the fallout from Sunday’s first-ever Queen of the Mountain match as Chelsea Green battles Mia Yim. Yim pushed Green and Deonna Purrazzo off a ladder through two tables in one of the show’s biggest spots.
In a tag team match coming out of Sunday’s reverse battle royal, Shark Boy and Bhupinder Gujjar take on Johnny Swinger and Zicky Dice.
On the BTI pre-show, Andrew Everett will take on Black Taurus. Everett returned to fill in for Jack Evans in Sunday’s Ultimate X match.
