TNA Wrestling cancels TV taping due to Hurricane Helene

TNA Wrestling has decided to cancel its TV tapings scheduled for Spartanburg, South Carolina.
The promotion twice postponed the event due to Hurricane Helene but sent an email on Saturday announcing the shows have been officially canceled.
“Due to the catastrophic effects of Hurricane Helene, TNA Wrestling is canceling both shows scheduled for Spartanburg, S.C. The safety and well-being of our TNA wrestlers, staff, crew and fans are top priority. TNA will provide an update on refunds for the Spartanburg shows, as well as an update on future/additional shows. We wish the best to everyone impacted by Hurricane Helene.”
As a result of the cancelation, Joe Hendry is now free to to make it to his House of Glory booking this weekend:
The tapings were originally scheduled for Friday and Saturday at the Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium. On Thursday, they announced postponing the tapings to Sunday & Monday. Then on Friday, they pushed the tapings back again, rescheduling them for Monday and Tuesday before ultimately canceling them.
MLW also canceled its upcoming show in St. Petersburg on October 4 due to Hurricane Helene.
