TNA Wrestling gives injury updates on Elijah & Trey Miguel

After suffering an arm injury in an NXT match, there is now a timetable for current TNA wrestler Elijah to return to action.

During the TNA Slammiversary broadcast Sunday, it was announced that Elijah is recovering from left triceps surgery and is expected to be out from six-to-eight months before a potential return.

The 37-year-old sustained the injury during a trios match on the June 17th WWE NXT after landing awkwardly on his arm following a rope walk spot.

One half of The Rascalz — Trey Miguel — was forced to miss Sunday’s pay-per-view due to a hernia injury that will require surgery. Miguel had previously disclosed the injury and post-Slammiversary surgery, but was replaced by Myron Reed.

Reed will team with Zachary Wentz in a four-way ladder match challenge of reigning TNA Tag Team Champions The Nemeths.

No timetable was given for the 30-year-old Miguel’s return. He last wrestled in early-June.
