PWG has announced the third entrant in the Battle of Los Angeles 2022.

Kevin Blackwood will be part of the 2022 BOLA tournament, joining JONAH and Alex Shelley as the first three participants announced.  The Battle of Los Angeles is set for Saturday, January 29 and Sunday, January 30, the same weekend as WWE's Royal Rumble.

Blackwood, 31, currently holds the ESW Heavyweight Championship, defeating AEW's Daniel Garcia for the title last month. Blackwood made his PWG debut in November at It's A Long Way To The Top (If You Wanna Rock 'n' Roll), losing to Lee Moriarty.

Battle of Los Angeles returns in 2022 following a two-year absence. This iteration of the tournament will be held over two nights, a departure from the three-night format of recent years. Current PWG World Champion Bandido won the 2019 BOLA. Ricochet remains the only two-time winner of the tournament, claiming victory in 2014 and 2017.
