Pro Wrestling EVE announces Kay Lee Ray’s next match

Shortly after Kay Lee Ray returned to Pro Wrestling EVE, the British promotion has revealed that the former Alba Fyre will be in action at their next show. 

EVE announced on social media that Ray would be facing Rhio at Beers, Brawls, and Burlesque on July 3. The match will have championship stakes: the winner will be the top contender for the EVE International Championship, currently held by Miyu Yamashita. 

Rhio goes into that match off a win: she defeated Aliss Ink at EVE 150, the same show where Ray made her return. 

According to Cagematch, Ray and Rhio have shared a ring just once before: in June of 2019, Ray won a battle royal in NXT UK. Rhio was one of the other participants in that match. 

Also announced for the show: AEW’s Skye Blue, who will be facing Emersyn Jane in singles action. It will be Blue’s first appearance in EVE since last August, when she teamed with Julia Hart to go to a time-limit draw against Millie McKenzie & Safire Reed.
