Atlantis Jr. sidelined with knee injury, ruled out of scheduled match
CMLL’s Atlantis Jr. is no longer fit to compete after recently getting sidelined with a knee injury.
On the latest edition of CMLL Informa on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, it was announced that Atlantis Jr. has been sidelined with a knee injury. He will now be unable to compete in his scheduled match against Villano III Jr. on Sunday, May 31, 2026.
The scheduled match was set to be the Cope Junior Final. Zandokan Jr., who finished third in the Copa Jr. VIP 2026 Semi-Final Cibernetico, will replace Atlantis.
Atlantis Jr’s last wrestling match dates back to May 24, 2026, where he teamed up with Blue Panther & Neon in a loss to Los Guerreros Laguneros (Gran Guerrero, Stuka Jr. & Ultimo Guerrero). He suffered the injury after landing on his feet on the apron following a top rope dive. The exact return timeline for Atlantis Jr. from his injury is currently unknown.
Another CMLL star, Mistico, is also sidelined with an injury and recently shared his thoughts about a possible return date.
