Two matches added to AAA Day of the Dead event
An eight-man tag team match is set for AAA’s next television tapings.
The company announced on social media Tuesday that the LWO (Cruz del Toro and Joaquin Wilde) will team with Octagon Jr. and Laredo Kid to take on El Ojo (El Mesias, Mecha Wolf, Sanson, and Forastero). This will be part of their Day of the Dead television tapings that will be held this coming Sunday in Monterrey.
Wilde & Toro have been seen regularly in AAA since WWE bought the promotion earlier this year. At Worlds Collide Las Vegas, they teamed with Lince Dorado and Mini Abismo Negro in a losing effort against Laredo Kid, Octagon Jr., La Parka, and Mascarita Sagrada.
It was later announced that Angel and Berto would be heading back to AAA, taking on Dave the Clown and Murder Clown. The former cut a promo hyping the match:
Two other matches have already been announced for the show. Chelsea Green & Ethan Page will reunite to take on Mr. Iguana and La Hiedra for the AAA Mixed Tag Team titles. Meanwhile, Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. will defend the AAA Latin American Championship against El Hijo del Vikingo.
