MLW signs independent wrestler to multi-year deal
MLW has signed promising indie wrestler Brick Savage to a multi-year deal.
Earlier, Sean Ross Sapp reported on Fightful Select that Major League Wrestling (MLW) had signed Savage to a multi-year deal. He is set to make his MLW debut at this weekend’s Chattanooga TV taping.
MLW was reportedly impressed with Savage’s physical roughhouse style and had identified him as a key member of their new class of talent, which also included Zamaya. MLW owner Court Bauer has been very keen on Savage’s chances as a main-event prospect and already has plans for him through the end of 2026.
Who is MLW’s newest signing, Brick Savage?
The 37-year-old Brick Savage was recently seen defeating Mad Dog Connelly at GCW Effy’s Big Gay Brunch 11 on April 18, 2026. At the WWE WrestleMania 42 weekend, he also wrestled in the Clusterf**k match at GCW Joey Janela’s Spring Break. A regular name on the indies, he has also frequently wrestled for promotions such as Revolver, MPX, New Texas Pro, and many more. He is also currently the Mat War Pro Super Openweight Champion.
