Bellator 138: Bobby Lashley to face Colossus Thompson
TNA’s Bobby Lashley is scheduled to return to MMA as part of Bellator’s most ambitious show of the year on 6/19 in St. Louis.
Lashley has a rematch with James Thompson, who beat him via decision in 2012 in one of Lashley’s two MMA losses.
The two were scheduled on 2/27 in Uncasville, CT, but Lashley had a hand injury that didn’t heal fast enough, which was not a major hindrance in pro wrestling, but he couldn’t hit a bag with it, so pulled out.
The 6/19 Bellator show features Kimbo Slice vs. Ken Shamrock, Michael Chandler vs. Derek Camps and featherweight champion Patricio Pitbull defending against Georgi Karakhanyan.
