The NJPW Dominion press conference on Saturday ended with the IWGP Heavyweight Champion putting his challenger through a table.

Ahead of tomorrow’s event at Osaka-jo Hall, champion Callum Newman and Yota Tsuji signed the contract for Sunday’s main event. Immediately after signing the contract, Newman attacked Tsuji and gave him a uranage through a table.

A clip of the segment is available here and below this article.

New Japan Pro Wrestling also posted an interview with Tsuji on Friday ahead of his attempt to regain the title that he lost at Sakura Genesis on 4/4. Tsuji spoke about having many memories of wrestling in Osaka-jo Hall, saying:

“I’ve got a lot of memories there. In 2023 my first IWGP title challenge back from excursion, and the next year I won my first belt with the NEVER 6 Man titles. Last year was the Global title match with Gabe, so I’ve been in title matches every year.”
