NJPW reveals full card for Dominion 2026

NJPW Dominion 2026

Best of the Super Juniors 2026 is now in the rearview mirror, but NJPW already has another big event coming up this weekend.

Dominion, traditionally one of NJPW’s biggest shows of the year, is being held in Osaka this Sunday. It was already known that IWGP Heavyweight Champion Callum Newman vs. Yota Tsuji would be headlining the card. Now, the semi-main event is official with YOH set to challenge DOUKI for the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship.

YOH earned the title shot through defeating Kosei Fujita in the Best of the Super Juniors finals. It was a rematch of the 2025 finals, with YOH coming out on top this time to win the first BOSJ trophy of his career. DOUKI did not compete in the tournament, instead choosing to “boycott” it and await the winner at Dominion.

The Dominion lineup includes another interesting junior heavyweight matchup with El Desperado and Mistico, the current IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions, colliding one-on-one. Desperado requested the match after their title win, saying it would be a dream to face Mistico. We’ll see who wins on Sunday — and we could potentially get a post-match angle where NJPW reveals their next tag title challengers.

Dominion begins at 3 a.m. Eastern time on Sunday and will air live on NJPW World with English and Japanese commentary. The full card has six title bouts:
