Jaida Parker out of action with neck injury
Jaida Parker is out of action.
During Tuesday’s NXT, Blake Monroe interrupted a conversation between Robert Stone and Fallon Henley to complain about Parker’s actions last week. The new NXT GM announced that Parker had been suspended for attacking a referee and added that she was out of action due to a neck injury. Stone at one point suggested what Monroe did to Parker may have been intentional before quickly pivoting to the upcoming women’s Speed title tournament. Monroe was eventually put in the touranment, with her opening round match against Thea Hail taking place next week.
Monroe and Parker had a match last week that ended in a double count out after both women continued to brawl outside of the ring. During that match, Monroe lifted Parker up for a suplex but landed awkwardly upon impact, landing head first. Despite this, she continued the match until the scheduled finish.
Parker had been off television for most of the fall and winter of 2025, returning last month to confront Blake Monroe. The two had been exchanging words and attacks prior to last week’s match, including a brawl that took place outside the Performance Center.
