NXT Championship ladder match has been practiced for a long time
A lot of practice has gone into Tuesday’s NXT main event.
Bryan Alvarez notes that all seven participants in the match have been practicing ahead of the match that will crown the next NXT Champion.
“We are told the NXT ladder match tonight has been intricately practiced for a long time,” he writes.
Keanu Carver, Dion Lennox, Sean Legacy, and Shiloh Hill all won qualifier matches to earn a spot in tonight’s ladder match. Ricky Saints was entered automatically as he was the last person to hold the title before Oba Femi. An angle on last week’s show saw Ava put Jackson Drake in the match despite Vanity Project seemingly taking out Joe Hendry earlier in the night. However, she also said that if Joe Hendry was medically cleared, he would be in the match too.
It was announced earlier on Tuesday that a men’s Speed Tournament will also start on Wednesday, with the winner eventually getting a title match against Jasper Troy.
