WWE NXT Great American Bash live results: Lola Vice vs. Kendal Grey, D’Angelo vs. Naraku

WWE NXT Great American Bash 2026 takes place today from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.

Seven matches are scheduled for today’s show, including Tony D’Angelo defending the NXT Championship against Naraku, the wrestler formerly known as EVIL. Kendal Grey will challenge Lola Vice for the NXT Women’s Championship. NXT Women’s North American Champion Zaria will put her title on the line against Tatum Paxley.

NXT North American Champion Myles Borne will put his title on the line against Tavion Heights. Dion Lennox and Saquon Shugars will go one-on-one. Women’s Speed Champion Wren Sinclair will put her belt on the line against Arianna Grace. Shiloh Hill will face Tristan Angels in singles competition.

Our Wild Wrestling Weekend continues as we leave Boston and head to sunny Orlando for The Great American Bash, courtesy of NXT. Vic Joseph and Wade Barrett are the commentary team tonight and based on the opening video package, everyone made it to work ok.

NXT Championship Match: Tony D’Angelo (c) vs Naraku

The show started with the NXT Title on the line as D’Angelo made his way to the ring, his eye still bandaged after the man formerly known as EVIL threw a fireball into it.

Right off the top, Naraku went for a chair and D’Angelo speared him through that place in the wall that everyone in NXT gets speared through (They should really fix that). D’Angelo threw Naraku back into the ring where Naraku kicked him in the injured face.

Naraku rakd D’Angelo’s eye along the ropes, but he came back and picked Naraku up and threw him into the corner. Naraku went right for the eye again, sending D’Angelo to the outside writhing in pain.

The Ref checked on him and said he was going to stop the match, but D’Angelo told him he wanted to continue so they did. D’Angelo suplexed Naraku, but then got pulled out of the ring and slammed onto the apron.

Naraku got back into the ring and pummelled D’Angelo’s eye some more before hitting a backbreaker. Naraku snap slammed D’Angelo into the turnbuckle and then smashed his face on the mat. He hit a senton on D’Angelo, but only got a two count.

Naraku put D’Angelo in a crossface, working that damaged eye as hard as he could. D’Angelo got out of it and put Naraku in an STF, looking for a tap out. Naraku bit D’Angelo to get out of it and then dropped him with a discus punch for a two count. D’Angelo popped up and suplexed Naraku out of the ring. D’Angelo followed but was thrown into the barricade. Naraku threw him back into the ring and powerbombed him for another two count.

They climbed the turnbuckle and D’Angelo got Naraku with a massive powerbomb. They started trading shots with D’Angelo no selling the strikes and powering up. He laid Naraku out with a clothesline and then German Suplexed him around the ring. D’Angelo hit a pop up power slam but Naraku kicked out at 2.5.

D’Angelo hit his pop up choke slam and Naraku was out for the count. 1-2-3 and D’Angelo retains the title.

Match Result: Tony D’Angelo defeated Naraku

NXT Women’s North American Championship Match: Zaria (c) vs Tatum Paxley

This is Paxley’s rematch for the title that Zaria won from her. Both women know what it’s like to stand in the shadow of others, so they are both looking to make an impression with this match.

Before the bell, Zaria and Paxley played tug of war with the belt. Once it devolved into punches they rang the bell. Paxley was in charge off the top but Zaria soon turned the tables with a couple of high kicks in the corner.

Paxley came back and got some momentum, but Zaria headbutted that right out of her. Paxley pulled the apron out from under Zaria and tied her up in the ring skirt to deliver some high kicks. Zaria disentangled herself and Paxley charged but Zaria threw her into the crowd.

Paxley jumped out of the audience onto Zaria’s back, but Zaria dropped backwards and flattened her on the floor. Zaria then threw Paxley back into the ring and foot-shoved her a bit. Paxley tried to fight back, but Zaria clubbed her back down.

Zaria dropped a bunch of elbows to ensure that Paxley’s comeback wasnt happening and then threw her at the mat a bunch. Zaria suplexed Paxley and locked in the Accolade, pulling on Paxley’s nose for good measure.

Paxley tried to break free, but Zaria clubbed her back down again. Paxley started throwing hands but Zaria threw her onto the top turnbuckle. She then bent Paxley in half over the turnbuckle, but Paxley managed to wiggle around and bounce Zaria’s face off the ring post.

Paxley hit a high cross body and went for a suplex, tossing Zaria across the ring. They climbed to the top turnbuckle and traded shots until Paxley hit a superplex on Zaria. Zaria got up and speared her however.

They both staggered to their feet and traded punches. Paxley charged Zaria who got a high knee up and pulled her back up to the turnbuckle. Zaria got caught up in the ropes though and Paxley escaped to the opposite corner. They both got down and started fighting on the apron until Paxley powerbombed Zaria to the floor.

Paxley hit Cemetery Drive on the floor, then threw Zaria back into the ring for one more. Somehow Zaria kicked out of the cover. Paxley went for another, but Zaria countered and speared her but Paxley kicked out, smiling.

Zaria started throwing brutal forearms onto the back of Paxley’s head. Zaria then picked her up and landed an F5. Zaria made the cover and won the match to retain her North American Title.

Match Result: Zaria defeated Tatum Paxley

-Backstage, Wren Sinclair and Kendall Grey were giving each other encouragement in their matches. They hugged and we moved on.

-Back from a break, the Vanity Project was shown talking to GM Stone. He made a matches for all of them on Tuesday, including a match featuring AAA’s Galeno and El Hijo de Dr Wagner Jr taking on the Tag Team Champions!

Tristan Angels vs. Shiloh Hill

So this match is over a sash that the winner of the Mr. NXT beauty pageant gets to wear.

Off the top, Hill was able to dodge most of Angels’ offense and sent him careening out of the ring. Hill then grabbed the sash back and Angels charged him. Hill grabbed him for a big spin and then threw him into the corner.

Angels managed to get some momentum off a double stomp, but Hill came back with a big backdrop off the ropes. He sent Angels off the apron with an uppercut and then started battling up the ramp. Hill took control and threw Angels back into the ring where Angels whipped him into the corner.

Angels started working Hill’s arm, trying to take away the bigger man’s strength. Hill managed to slide out of the ring and then crawl underneath it. Angels went after him, but Hill grabbed his ankles and dragged him under there too.

The scene switched to a cinematic shot of Angels under the ring alone. A phone started ringing and when Angels answered it, a voice said “The fog Is coming.” At that point Hill appeared behind him, choking him. Angels scrambled out from underneath the ring and somehow Hill was already waiting for him!

Hill threw Angels back into the ring, but Angels rolled right out. Hill chased him and Angels pancaked him and then moved the ring steps to the middle of the apron. Angels got back in the ring and tried to suplex Hill over the top rope, but Hill countered and got out of it.

Hill removed his tooth, as he does, and Angels sent him into the corner repeatedly. Hill fought back and they laid each other out with a double clothesline. Angels got up first and scoop slammed Hill before going to the top rope and dropping a big elbow.

Hill got his tooth back and shoved it into Angels’ mouth. He hit a tilt-o-whirl slam on Angels then a big sit out powerbomb for a two count. They rolled out of the ring and Hill hit what I can only describe as an inverted Senton.

Angels went to dive through the ropes onto Hill, but Hill scrambled up and speared him instead. Angels went up top, but Hill got the knees up. Hill hit a Whisper of the Beast from the top turnbuckle and that was it. Shiloh Hill can wear a sash that says Mr. NXT if he wants to.

Match Result: Shiloh Hill defeated Tristan Angels

After the match, Hill was interviewed about his win. He said that he might not be pretty or perfect but that’s not a factor in winning. No one sleeps on Shiloh Hill.

-Backstage, Nattie Neidhart was talking with the Evolve Girls, including Nikkita the Evolve Womens Champion. She congratulated them all on being invited to the Dungeon. Nattie said that Jaida has gotten soft and Nikita promised to handle her.

-The scene switched to Robert Stone talking to EK Prosper. He announced that since he beat Keanu Carver, Prosper has earned a match against the AAA Latin American Champion, El Hijo de Vikingo. Prosper was very excited about this.

WWE Women’s Speed Championship Match: Wren Sinclair (c) vs Arianna Grace

This match for the Speed Title has a five minute time limit which is less time than one Jey Uso entrance. Wren Sinclair is the champion, Arianna Grace is the challenger, let’s not waste any more time, this is Speed after all!

The bell rang, the clock started and they hit a double clothesline. Sinclair got a shoulder block in on Grace, who responed with a face buster. Sinclair got a headlock on, but Grace powered out of it and slammed her for a two count.

Grace whipped Sinclair into the corner but Sinclair kicked her to the outside. They fought out there until Grace drove Sinclair into the apron. With Two minutes gone, Grace was in control, stomping sinclair. She went for a cover, but a kickout was all she got.

With half the time gone, Grace was working the knee of Sinclair, but Sinclair rolled her up for a two count. Sinclair went up top, but Grace gave her a high kick. Grace went for a suplex, but Sinclair threw her off and dropped a knee.

Just over a minute was left and Sinclair started throwing elbows and suplexes. Charlie Dempsey got up on the ring and Sinclair decked him. That let Grace roll her up for a two count. 30 seconds left. Sinclair hit a spinning slam and locked in a Final Wrench submission. Grace tapped out with 12 seconds left.

Match Result: Wren Sinclair defeated Arianna Grace

Saquon Shugars vs. Dion Lennox

Shugars was in Dark State with Lennox (and Osiris Griffin and Cutler James) but Lennox decided that Shugars wasn’t cool anymore and kicked him out. That made Shugars so mad he forgot how sleeves work and started hanging out atop shipping containers.

Shugars came down to the ring with a Great American Bash Themed baseball bat that he put behind the ring steps.

Lennox started the match with a big right hand to Shugars face. Shugars threw him into th corner and chopped him to return the favor. Shugars tripped Lennox up and then threw some more punches. Shugars the threw his jacket at Lennox and shoved him to the ground.

Lennox went to work on Shugars legs, punching him in the knees. Shugars came back but Lennox got him with a back body drop off the ropes. Lennox then started clubbing the bad back of Shugars. Lennox hit a backbreaker but could only get a two count.

Shugars came back with a neckbreaker and Lennox got mad. He stood up and Shugars caught him with a chinbreaker. Suddenly, Cutler James and Osiris came down to the ring, causing enough of a distraction that Lennox as able to slam Shugars and get a two count.

Lennox started punching and kicking Shugars in the back, working the injury. He threw Shugars to the outside where James and Osiris menaced at him. Shugars slid back in and took a nasty backbreaker from Lennox.

Lennox continued punishing Shugars via the back, bending, twisting and punching wherever he could. Shugars tried to get a fast rollup and then a back slide, but his own back couldn’t handle it. Lennox nailed him with a spine buster, but Shugars kicked out at 2.5.

Shugars countered a suplex and hit a dropkick on Lennox. Shugars started powering up, throwing a flurry of kicks in the corner and backdropping Lennox. He hit a backbreker into a flatliner for a two count.

Shugars dropped a leg over the top rope for another two count. Shugars went up top, but Lennox knocked him down. Shugars fought him off, but Lennox picked him up and dropped him over the steel of the turnbuckle. Lennox then hit a spinning slam, but somehow Shugars kicked out.

Shugars missed on a dropkick and Lennox delivered a pair of massive lariats, but Shugars wouldn’t go down. He hit Lennox with an insiguri then threw a back elbow in the corner. He set Lennox up for a splash and that was it. Shugars wins the match.

Match Result: Saquon Shugars defeated Dion Lennox

Immediately, Cutler and Osiris came into the ring and started beating up Shugars, laying him out with a double powerbomb. Lennox grabbed the baseball bat and pounded Shugars with it. Darkstate’s music hit and the segment ended.

-Backstage, Tatum Paxley was interviewed about her loss to Zaria. She saids that she feels empty without the North American title. Kelani Jordan came by to say that shes better but never got a shot at the NXT title. She called Paxley pathetic and Paxley attacked her. Not wanting to bore us with the details of that scrap, the scene switched back to ringside.

NXT North American Championship Match: Myles Borne (c) vs Tavion Heights

The bell rang and Heights and Bourne spent a few minutes feeling each other out and wrestling around. It almost felt like an amateur match until Heights took Borne down for a two count. They wrestled around some more and Heights and Borne’s heads collided, sending them to the outside.

They got back in and Heights went off the ropes into a no-sell by Borne. Heights took him down and they went back to the amateur style. Borne put a shoulder into Heights stomach and then hit a fisherman suplex for a two count.

Heights drove Borne into the corner and laid some shoulder shots on him. Borne went up top and Heights pulled him down sending them both spilling to the outside. They got back into the ring and Heights started throwing hands, punching Borne with a hard right.

Heights hit s clothesline for a two count and then started throwing forearms. He hoisted Borne up and dropped him face first onto the mat. He followed that up wity a gutwrench suplex. Heights locked a crossface on Borne and then peppered him with elbows.

Heights changed tactics and started working Borne’s arm in a series of holds before throwing him shoulder first into the corner. Borne finally got a some offense in with a northern lights suplex. Heights hit him in the throat and then threw him over the top rope to the outside.

Heights threw him back in and tried a cover, but Borne wasn’t done yet. He started throwing elbows, but Heights stopped the comeback with a suplex. Borne got a powerslam in for a two count and then hooked Heights leg for a fisherman suplex.

Heights caught Borne with a shoulderbreaker, but couldn’t get the three count. Heights went back to the arm, trying to get Borne to submit. He got Borne with an armdrag and locked in an armbar. Borne refused to give up and rolled Heights into a cover for two. Heights didn’t let go though and pulled harder on the armbar.

Borne managed to get to his feet and picked up Borne to turn the hold into a powerbomb. Borne started to come back, throwing elbows and slams. Borne sent Heights tumbling over the top rope and went to get him on the outside, but Heights caught him in an overhead belly to belly toss.

Back in the ring Heights dropped Borne and then went up top for an ugly splash. Borne repsonded with a German suplex and a dropkick. He landed a Borne Again out of nowhere and that was it. Borne made the cover and retained the North American Title.

Match Result: Myles Borne defeated Tavion Heights

After the match, respect was shown and Borne was interviewed ringside. Borne gave Heights his props and said that the North American title is the most important thing in his life and he intends to hold it for a long time.

NXT Women’s Championship Match: Lola Vice (c) vs Kendal Grey

Fresh off her successful defence of the NXT Women’s Title against La Hiedra in AAA, Vice takes on Kendal Grey, in her third attempt to capture the title.

The bell rang and Vice and Grey took a moment to size each other up. They locked up and Grey went for a takedown, but Vice was able to work around it and drop Grey with a slam. Grey went for an arm drag, but Vice transitioned it into an arm bar. Grey rolled it though and Vice sent her to the corner.

Grey ran around Vice off the ropes, but Vice caught her in a takedown and threw her first kick of the match. Grey took Vice down and grabbed a waistlock, but Vice countered it and kicked Grey in the face and back.

Grey tried to get away, but Vice followed her throwing hands. Grey started using open hand chops but Vice took her down with a spring board arm drag, then two of the regular kind for good measure. Grey mananged to get her into a headlock and they rolled around the ring looking for pins.

Kelani Jordan ran down trying to “ruin” the match, but Wren Sinclair was right there to take her out. In the ring, Vice pounded on Grey and sent her to the corner for some strikes. Vice hit a backfist off the ropes, but could only get a two count.

Vice threw Grey around with some Three Amigos suplexes, but missed when she charged Grey in the corner. Grey came back with a big strike and some suplexes of her own. She started dousing Vice in elbows, working towards a cover that Vice kicked out of.

Vice shoved Grey off of her in the corner and started throwing soccer kicks at her, setting her up for hip attacks. She suplexed Grey, but Grey countered the next one into a German. Grey dropped the straps and started spamming suplexes. Vice countered and threw one of her own. They went back and forth with suplexes until Vice changed things up to strikes.

Vice came off the ropes right into a kick, but returned the favour, kicking Grey to the outside. Vice jumped on her from the apron, but Grey rolled through it into an ankle lock. Vice shook her off and Grey leapt from the barricade onto her.

They moved back into the ring to break the count and Grey slapped the ankle lock back on. Vice rolled through into her own ankle lock, but Grey transitioned into an armbar. Vice reversed it and Grey rolled her into a pin, forcing her to break the hold.

They traded rear naked chokes until Vice shook Grey off. Grey went up top for a moonsault, but Vice moved and kicked her in the noggin. Vice put Grey into a guillotine choke which Grey transitioned into a northern lights suplex.

Vice it a backfist and Grey hit an elbow, knocking each other to the mat. They went back to hard strikes and Grey hit a springboard Shades of Grey out of nowhere. She made a quick pin and 1-2-3 Kendal Grey is the NXT Women’s Champion.

Match Result: Kendal Grey defeated Lola Vice
