NXT’s Killer Kross gets his new WWE name

Killer Kross looks to have officially gotten his new WWE name.

WWE Shop has released their first T-shirt for “Karrion Kross.” The shirt has “XII” written on it, referencing Kross’ vignettes where a clock ticks toward midnight.

Kross’ new first name appears to be based on the word “carrion,” which means dead and decaying flesh.

Last night’s episode of NXT ended with an angle where Kross attacked Tommaso Ciampa as Ciampa was addressing his loss to Johnny Gargano from last Wednesday. Kross also made a brief appearance last week and was seen in a vehicle in the background as Gargano and Candice LeRae were going to their car after the Gargano vs. Ciampa match.

Scarlett Bordeaux looked to be with Kross both this week and last week, though that hasn’t been officially revealed. Kross’ name has also yet to be revealed on television.

WWE Shop has also released a T-shirt for Timothy Thatcher. He made his NXT debut last night and is Matt Riddle’s temporary partner while Pete Dunne is unable to travel and defend the NXT Tag Team titles. Riddle & Thatcher retained against Undisputed Era’s Roderick Strong & Bobby Fish last night.
