Sean Legacy appears to be nearing a return to the ring.

The NXT wrestler has been out of action since March 10 after suffering an ankle injury.

He posted a video to social media on Wednesday showing himself removing a knee brace and tossing aside his crutches. The caption read, “How it feels when you have finally been medically cleared.”

The 30-year-old from Evans was announced as part of the WWE ID program in late 2024. He officially joined the NXT brand in January 2026.

In addition to wrestling for WWE Evolve last year, Legacy has also worked for Viral Pro Wrestling in Georgia, APAC Wrestling in Malaysia, Memphis Wrestling, Game Changer Wrestling, Beyond Wrestling and more.

Prior to signing with WWE in late 2024, Legacy wrestled once on an episode of AEW Dark from Daily’s Place, losing a three-minute match to Powerhouse Hobbs, who is now known as Royce Keys in WWE.
