Rok-C debut announced for WWE NXT Level Up

The former Rok-C is set to make her WWE debut on this week’s episode of NXT Level Up.

WWE has announced that Rok-C, who has been given the new in-ring name Roxanne Perez, will face Sloane Jacobs on NXT Level Up this Friday. The episode was taped before NXT earlier this week.

It was confirmed last month that the 20-year-old Rok-C (real name Carla Gonzalez) has signed with WWE. She’s a former ROH Women’s World Champion.

Rok-C was trained by Booker T and is also a former Diamonds Division Champion for Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling promotion.

Jacobs (real name Amelia Herr) was part of the same class of WWE Performance Center recruits as Rok-C. Before signing with WWE, Jacobs wrestled on the indies as The Notorious Mimi. She made her NXT debut in a loss to Nikkita Lyons two weeks ago.

WWE.com wrote about Jacobs when she signed:

Amelia Herr is an 18-year-old Criminal Justice major out of West Chester, Pa. With two years of Taekwondo training under her belt, she also competed on the independents as The Notorious Mimi.

NXT Level Up airs on Peacock/WWE Network at 10 p.m. Eastern time on Fridays. Here’s the full lineup for this week’s episode:

  • Kiana James vs. Tatum Paxley
  • Roxanne Perez vs. Sloane Jacobs
  • Damon Kemp vs. Troy Donovan
