Stephanie Vaquer makes cameo appearance on WWE NXT
Stephanie Vaquer made a surprise appearance on Tuesday’s NXT.
As Lola Vice was preparing for her main event match against Jacy Jayne, the Women’s World Champion appeared and wish her luck against the now former champion Jayne. Vice responded in kind, telling Vaquer to beat Liv Morgan at WrestleMania 42 this coming weekend.
Vice ended up successfully defending her title against Jayne. Although Laney Reid connected with a cheap shot at Vice on the ropes, Jayne missed a second rolling encore and walked into Vice’s spinning backfist. Vice fell on top of Jayne, covering her for the win.
After the match, Fatal Influence tried to carry Jayne away but were met by Kali Armstrong, who debuted earlier in the night. They shoved Jayne out of the way but were taken out by Armstong, who hopped on the apron to meet Vice. But right behind the two were Kendal Grey, with Izzi Dame then appearing on a nearby perch. Zaria came out but was quickly met by Sol Ruca, the two clashing one more time before their last woman standing match next week. The final moments of NXT made it clear that Vice had plenty of future opponents.
