Update on WWE NXT offer turned down by Jazmyn Nyx

An update is available regarding Jazmyn Nyx’s departure from WWE.
Nyx announced last week that she was leaving the company after turning down a three-year deal that she said “wasn’t going to cut it financially.” Our own Bryan Alvarez says he’s been told the deal Nyx was offered was for just under $100,000.
Alvarez wrote to his subscribers on X, “I’m told Jazmyn’s original deal was $75,000 and her new offer which she turned down was approximately $98,000.”
Last week, Nyx responded to a social media post clarifying that she was not making 6 figures while working WWE. She also mentioned that injuries also factored into her decision, writing, “Not specifically my injuries, but the wear and tear that the job had on my body was one of the reasons.”
Additionally, Nyx said in her announcement last week that she had to pass on several opportunities while with WWE and that she can “explore these opportunities more and take them more seriously” now that she is gone from the company.
Nyx was playing pro soccer in Iceland for UMF Afturelding before joining WWE in 2022. Prior to that she played for the West Virginia University Mountaineers.
