WWE NXT notes: Chelsea Green, Moose, next week’s lineup
News and notes from Tuesday’s WWE NXT TV episode.
Chelsea Green —
Chelsea Green made a surprise appearance on Tuesday’s show in a segment with NXT North American Champion and fellow Canadian Ethan Page. Page and Tavion Heights were engaged in a war of words when Green and her Secret Hervice (Piper Niven & Alba Fyre) made their way to the ring. The segment appeared to set up a mixed tag for an upcoming episode with Heights and a female partner against Page and Green.
Moose —
TNA’s Moose made his presence felt on Tuesday’s show, interrupting a confrontation between NXT Champion Oba Femi and his next potential challengers in Je’Von Evans and Trick Williams. DarkState then interfered to set up a “can they coexist”-style tag match for next week.
Next week’s lineup —
Moose, Femi, Williams, and Evans will face DarkState in an eight-man tag on the August 12 show. Also set, Nia Jax and Lash Legend will settle their differences in a one-on-one match. Fallon Henley and Jacy Jayne will team against Lola Vice and Kelani Jordan, plus Joe Hendry takes on Charlie Dempsey. The card:
