WWE NXT ratings down from New Year’s Evil

Tuesday night’s episode of WWE NXT averaged 600,000 viewers on the USA Network, a drop of 14.3 percent from last week’s New Year’s Evil special.

The viewership is NXT’s second lowest since December 6.

In the 18-49 demo, NXT finished 26th on the cable charts with a 0.14 rating. That’s down 6.7 percent from last week and is tied for NXT’s second-lowest rating in the key demo since December 6.

The show aired head-to-head with both college basketball on ESPN and the NBA on TNT which finished first and seventh, respectively.

NXT’s ratings were down in every demo with the exception of men 18-49, which experienced a five percent increase. The biggest drop was with females 12-34, which were down 60 percent. NXT’s 0.02 rating in that demo is tied for the lowest in the history of the show.

As compared to the same week in 2022, NXT’s overall audience was up 2.2 percent and its 18-49 rating was up 27.3 percent.

Listed below are the last 11 weeks of NXT viewership and individual demo ratings, as well as the 10-week averages in all categories. This week’s show was down 6.8 percent in overall viewers but even in 18-49 as compared to the recent averages.
