AEW and NJPW names confirmed for debut PRODUCE NYC show

PRODUCE will be debuting on 6/29 in Brooklyn, NYC at Pioneer World, and there are some names from AEW and NJPW set to appear on the card. Deonna Purrazzo and Zack Sabre Jr will be appearing on the show alongside the likes of Amazing Red, Effy and Mance Warner.

The main event sees former ROH World Champion Jonathan Gresham against Japanese veteran Fuminori Abe.

“Each edition is co-produced (booked and curated) by an active professional wrestler, who co-headlines and helps construct the undercard to introduce new talent to a broader audience,” according to a statement on the PRODUCE website. “Every show features a musical act or DJ chosen with the input of that edition’s co-producer.” Future PRODUCE events are scheduled to be produced by Lee Johnson and Rocky Romero.
