Bishop Dyer wins gold in jiu-jitsu competition
The former Baron Corbin has won gold.
Bishop Dyer wrote on social media that he recently won a gold medal in jiu-jitsu as part of the Jiu Jitsu World League Florida XII.
“Yo. A month off with the eye. Three days of training. What do we do? We still get gold. Add it to the collection,” he declared in a video.
Dyer previously won gold at the event in 2023 and 2025.
A potential WWE return?
Over the last month reports have surfaced that Dyer may be returning to WWE after the company cut him in 2024, with a Fightful Select report saying he was either signed or will sign “imminently.” In addition, WrestleVotes noted that his potential return had been “heavily talked about” and was considered a “locker room favorite.” Although he had been a part of MLW, he has recently departed from the company
Since his departure from WWE, Dyer has continued to wrestle on the independent scene. In addition to MLW, he has also wrestled for Maple Leaf Pro and GCW.
