Eric Bischoff to appear at Starrcast IV

On the day after it was confirmed that he’s no longer with WWE, Eric Bischoff was announced for the next Starrcast convention.

Bischoff will be appearing at Starrcast IV, which is being held in Baltimore, Maryland from November 7-10. Bischoff previously appeared at Starrcasts I and II.

Conrad Thompson — the founder of Starrcast — co-hosts the 83 Weeks podcast with Bischoff.

WWE announced yesterday that Bruce Prichard is replacing Bischoff as the executive director of SmackDown. Prichard will report directly to Vince McMahon and will “oversee the creative development of Friday Night SmackDown on FOX and ensure integration across all platforms and lines of business.”

Bischoff tweeted yesterday: “Bruce is a great producer, good friend and I am certain he is going to thrive in his position. He’s going to be working with a great team of the most dedicated and hard working people I have had the pleasure of working with and getting to know.”

Starrcast IV is taking place on the weekend of AEW’s Full Gear pay-per-view. The convention isn’t an AEW event but has coincided with All In, Double or Nothing, and All Out and features collaboration with the promotion.

Full Gear is taking place at the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore on Saturday, November 9.
