An interim MLP Canadian Men’s Champion will be crowned on Saturday.

Former champion Josh Alexander recently revealed that he is set to undergo knee surgery after suffering an injury at the March 18 AEW Collision taping. At ROH x MLP Global Wars Canada, a six-person match was announced featuring Jonathan Gresham vs. Psycho Mike vs. Rich Swann vs. Stu Grayson vs. Rohan Raja vs. Steve Maclin.

However, Maclin is believed to have suffered a concussion in the main event of TNA Sacrifice on Friday in a match against Mike Santana.

Also announced for Saturday’s MLP pay-per-view from St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, Gisele Shaw will defend the MLP Canadian Women’s Championship against Deonna Purrazzo. The match comes after Purrazzo successfully retained the ROH Women’s Pure Championship against Shaw at Global Wars.
