Maple Leaf Pro reveals premiere date for ‘Mayhem’ TV series

Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling TSN

Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling is gearing up to launch its Mayhem series on Canadian television — and we now know exactly when the show will be premiering.

It was announced today that Mayhem will debut on Wednesday, July 15 at midnight Eastern/9 p.m. Pacific. The show will be broadcast on TSN2, which would be Canada’s equivalent to ESPN2. Mayhem will air in seasons, with season one set to consist of 12 episodes that will each be an hour long.

The first TV tapings for Mayhem are taking place tonight (June 12) and tomorrow (June 13) at St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Stu Grayson, Gisele Shaw, Johnny TV, Rhino, and Billy Gunn are among the talent advertised.

“We can’t wait to debut Maple Leaf Pro Mayhem, an all-new, high-energy Canadian-based wrestling series,” said MLP president Scott D’Amore. “This partnership with TSN ensures Canadian fans will have nationwide access to connect with Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling’s homegrown Canadian talent and stars from around the world.”

Mauro Ranallo and Don Callis will serve as the commentary team for Mayhem.

Scott D’Amore’s vision for Maple Leaf Pro —

The Maple Leaf Wrestling brand was revived by D’Amore in 2024 following his firing from TNA Wrestling. In launching a promotion based in his home country, D’Amore wants to provide a platform for Canadian talent that will showcase how good they are and help them get future opportunities internationally. He welcomes fans from around the world while still primarily focusing on the Canadian market.

Landing on TSN was always the goal for D’Amore, though he did have talks with multiple outlets.
