MLW's next live special on beIN Sports is set for next month.
It was announced today that MLW Fusion Live will air on beIN Sports at 8 p.m. Eastern time on Saturday, February 2. The special is taking place at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and is part of the MLW Superfight event, with MLW also holding tapings that night in addition to the live show.
MLW is advertising that Pentagon Jr. & Fenix's Tag Team title defense against two members of The Hart Foundation (Teddy Hart, Davey Boy Smith Jr. & Brian Pillman Jr.) will be the main event of February's live special, and there will also be appearances by MLW World Heavyweight Champion Low Ki, Tom Lawlor, Salina de la Renta, and others. It was noted that other matches for MLW Fusion Live will be announced in the coming days.
Low Ki defending his title against Lawlor is also set for MLW Superfight, though that match isn't listed for the live special and appears to be part of the tapings.
The first MLW Fusion Live show took place last month. The one-hour special featured Teddy Hart winning the then-vacant MLW Middleweight Championship in a ladder match, along with Dragon Lee vs. DJZ and Rush vs. Rich Swann.
