Released WWE star makes unannounced in-ring return
Former WWE star Nikki Storm made her wrestling return at OTT Wrestling.
Storm teamed up with husband Big Damo against Frankie Vendetta and Kat Von Kay at OTT After Dark marking her first match since her WWE departure. She also shared a message via Instagram following the bout.
“Thank you for the invite tonight, glad I could lend you a hand
After having conflicting schedules for the better part of ten years, it felt damn nice to be in a ring again with my love
The Best in the Galaxy at @over_the_top_wrestling tonight!
See you all in August,” posted Storm.
Given how the timeline is at the end of the 90-day no compete clause since her WWE release, Storm was spotted in a wrestling ring since 2024. Shortly after leaving the company, she announced that she would once again wrestle under her pre-WWE ring name, Nikki Storm. Around the same time, she and Damo also revealed that they had acquired PROGRESS Wrestling, ushering in a new chapter of their careers both in and out of the ring.
Although her OTT Wrestling match was unannounced, she is confirmed to compete at PROGRESS Wrestling’s Chapter 196: Scorchio on July 26.
Since 2024, Storm had been part of The Wyatt Sicks faction led by Uncle Howdy. However, in April, the entire group was released by WWE.
