Kenny Omega to appear at tonight’s ROH TV tapings

Following his surprise appearance at last night’s 16th Anniversary pay-per-view, Kenny Omega is scheduled for Ring of Honor’s television tapings at Sam’s Town Live in Las Vegas tonight.

Omega should continue his feud with Cody Rhodes at the tapings. He revealed that he was in the “Bury the Bear” costume after Cody’s match against Matt Taven last night, with him shoving Cody down and hitting the V-Trigger on him. Brandi Rhodes then slapped Omega and forced a kiss on him in an attempt to prove a point, calling him a fraud and telling him to let Kota Ibushi know that he liked it.

Omega will face Cody at Supercard of Honor XII in New Orleans on April 7th.

The Women of Honor Championship tournament will also continue at the tapings, with Mayu Iwatani vs. Deonna Purrazzo, Mandy Leon vs. Kelly Klein, and Sumie Sakai vs. Kagetsu in quarterfinal matches. In addition to that, Hiromu Takahashi will face Frankie Kazarian and Scorpio Sky will take on Flip Gordon.
