New match announced for ROH Global Wars Cincinnati
A new match has been announced for ROH Global Wars Cincinnati.
Matches for the show will be taped at the Andrew J. Brady Music Center in Cincinnati, Ohio this week as AEW presents Summer Blockbuster Dynamite and Collision at the venue on Wednesday, June 10 and Thursday, June 11.
ROH Global Wars Cincinnati will air on Thursday, June 18.
On Tuesday night’s special ROH episode on YouTube, it was revealed that the ROH World Television Championship will be on the line, with champion AR Fox defending against Action Andretti and Lio Rush in a triple threat match.
Rush and Andretti previously wrestled as a tag team known as CRU before Rush adopted his current “Blackheart” gimmick.
Previously announced for Global Wars Cincinnati is Athena defending the ROH Women’s World Championship against Syuri.
The updated ROH Global Wars Cincinnati lineup, airing Thursday, June 18, is below:
- ROH Women’s World Championship: Athena defends against Syuri
- ROH World Television Championship: AR Fox defends against Action Andretti and Lio Rush
Ring of Honor has also announced several matches set to air on this week’s episode on HonorClub. These include Shane Taylor Promotions against Los Colóns and Serpentico, Mason Madden in action, Ace Austin in action, The IInspiration against Zayda Steel and Red Velvet in tag team action, and Action Andretti vs. Soleil in singles action.
