Road Dogg questions creative after new champion crowned at WWE SummerSlam
Brian “Road Dogg” James congratulated Chelsea Green’s interim WWE Women’s Championship win at SummerSlam. However that was not without questioning why it took so long for others to recognize her potential.
His comments seemed to center around WWE’s long standing critique on utilizing certain talents. And suggesting that creative decisions around established top names sometimes hampers some stars from reaching their full potential.
“SO CONGRATULATIONS @ImChelseaGreen
The hard part for me is, WHY DID IT TAKE SO LONG FOR OTHERS TO SEE!
“top guys vision” leaves a lot of talent underutilized
Not a knock just the truth
Truth….. there’s another one

Nearly five months ago, James parted ways with WWE where he served as co-lead writer for SmackDown. He was reportedly set to sign a deal with TNA Wrestling but it has not materialized.
Meanwhile, Green’s accomplishments in WWE were marred by Michael Hayes’ comments on the first season of Unreal. At SummerSlam Sunday, Green won the interim WWE Women’s Title in a ladder match.
