Sasha Banks makes WWE star’s list of dream teammates
Jade Cargill named an unexpected choice when discussing the wrestlers she would want on her team, selecting AEW star Mercedes Mone among a group of legendary and current stars.
Cargill listed the women she would ideally like to team up with, from former eras and the current rosters on No Contest Wrestling. She named Jacqueline, Chyna, Bianca Belair and Sasha Banks (aka Mercedes Mone).
“Okay. Any era. Jacqueline. Chyna, of course. I probably would pick Bianca.I know she’ll definitely back it up. And the fourth person has to be a woman. You know who talks a lot of smack, but when I would watch her back it up, Sasha Banks.”
Cargill and Mercedes Mone never crossed paths in the ring. By the time Mone made her anticipated AEW debut in 2024, Cargill had already signed with WWE a year earlier.
The sole connection between the two is the AEW TBS Championship. Cargill was the inaugural titleholder for 508 days before Mone broke the record with a 584 day title reign.
