School director accused of using embezzled funds for WWE VIP packages
A director of a New York City German immersion school was allegedly embezzling funds from the institution to finance a lavish lifestyle, including attending WWE events with exclusive VIP Passes.
A lawsuit was filed by the school and she could be looking at 20 years in prison.
According to the New York Post, the director of Kinderhaus Brooklyn in Park Slope, Murielle Misczak, spent around $350,000 on WWE tickets, including exclusive meet-and-greet VIP Passes for herself and her children. She reportedly bragged about it on a few occasions on Instagram.
A civil lawsuit was filed by the school for her lavish lifestyle which seemed beyond her means. She was allegedly renting two apartments in Park Slope whilst enjoying luxury first class trips almost every weekend.
Federal authorities uncovered in addition to the WWE tickets and passes, Misczak was also allegedly extravagant with expenses on travel and luxury goods. This amounted to nearly $650,000 in total.
The indictment also stated that she redirected a sum of $2.75 million, from the school’s tuition fees into her own bank account for ‘personal use’. These transactions took place between January 2022 to October 2025. And it was discovered by the school’s principal who brought the issue to light.
New York Post also reports that when she was questioned about the missing funds she claimed it to be from her wealthy mother in Switzerland.
The pricing of WWE tickets for their weekly programs and Premium Live Events has been the subject of many discussions among the fanbase. For WrestleMania 42, ringside tickets are priced at approximately $9000 per head on Ticketmaster. Exclusive two-day packages with lodging, access to WWE World and more reaches the $30,000 mark.
