The Rock reveals why Seth Rollins’ stomp is his favorite wrestling move

Seth Rollins

The Rock revealed his favorite wrestling signature move, giving a nod to Seth Rollins’ stomp, praising its simplicity and impact.

During an interview with Complex Pop Culture, Dwayne Johnson was asked to name his favorite wrestling move aside from his own. The Rock pointed to Rollins’ stomp and recalled taking the move during the main event of WrestleMania 40.

“I would say Seth Rollins’ stomp. That’s my favorite. I took it at WrestleMania (40). I am a glutton for punishment so I, there’s some finishing moves I love taking. His is so iconic so I took that. It’s wild… just a face stomp into the mat. It was cool.”

His appearance at WrestleMania that year marked his first match in more than a decade. He teamed up with Roman Reigns against Cody Rhodes and Rollins in the Night One main event.

Currently, The Rock is touring to promote the upcoming live-action remake of Moana set for release on July 10. He will be honored with the Disney Legends Award in August.
