Ash By Elegance announces ‘she’s back’ on TNA Impact
Ash by Elegance, formerly Dana Brooke in WWE, is back.
During Thursday’s broadcast of TNA Impact on AMC, Elegance became physically involved in an angle with Indi Hartwell, Xia Brookside, and Lei Ying Lee. The Elegance Brand was interviewed backstage shortly afterward, where the group celebrated Ash’s comeback.
The personal concierge told Elegance:
“You are now officially part of a very special club, an elite club. A club of Michael Jordan, Muhammad Ali, Tiger Woods. The comeback club! And you know what? We need to plan a big elegance comeback party!”
Elegance has not wrestled since vacating the TNA Knockouts World title at Victory Road in September, saying at the time that she was “no longer able to compete.” The nature of what prevented her from wrestling has never been disclosed. Her last match took place at the TNA TV tapings on September 5 in Minneapolis. She later referred to herself as “retired” during a virtual signing the following month.
