International Title match, The Hardys, and more announced for next week’s TNA Impact
Following a successful January 1st, 2026 episode of TNA Impact, the promotion is now set to continue its high momentum with next week’s lineup, which includes The Hardys’ in-ring comeback after a month and an International title defense.
On January 8th, 2026, TNA Wrestling will mark the end of an era, before its transition to weekly programming on the AMC Network. Next week’s TNA Impact will be available for fans to air on AXS and TNA+. It will mark the final TNA Impact show on AXS, before it jumps to the TV Network.
Three matches have already been scheduled for the January 8th, 2026, episode. Earlier during today’s show, it was announced that TNA’s Steve Maclin will face NXT’s Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo for the TNA International Championship next week. Last month, in December, at the Final Resolution special, Lorenzo defeated Maclin to win the title.
The upcoming episode will also host Dani Luna against Harley Hudson, as well as The System (Brian Myers, Moose, J.D.C., & Eddie Edwards) against Cedric Alexander, Leon Slater, Matt Hardy & Jeff Hardy.
Apart from next week’s tag team match, Slater has also been booked for an extremely busy schedule with several title matches lined up in the coming few weeks.
