Report: Wrestler granted release following TNA Sacrifice

Dani Luna-Indi Hartwell dog collar match

Days after challenging for the TNA Knockouts title at TNA Sacrifice, Dani Luna has now reportedly exited the promotion.

According to a recent report by Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp and Corey Brennan, it was noted that Luna requested her release from her TNA contract. She was soon granted her request and became a free agent over the weekend. There currently exists “no bad-blood” between TNA and Luna.

Luna was recently involved at TNA Sacrifice on March 27th, in a Knockouts title match against Lei Ying Lee and TNA Knockouts Champion Arianna Grace at the event.

She made her TNA debut for TNA in 2023 and later signed a contract with the company in December of that year. Luna previously teamed up with Jody Threat and had two reigns as the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champions. The two were also named Knockouts Tag Team of the Year in the 2024 TNA Year-End Awards.

In addition to her time at TNA, she has wrestled for several independent promotions such as wXW, ATTACK! Pro Wrestling and DEADLOCK Pro. Luna also worked for WWE NXT UK in 2019 till her release in 2022.
