UK wrestling standout Scotty Rawk recently confirmed that he had a tryout with TNA in Albany, New York. Rawk is from Grimsby in Lincolnshire, England and has been active for 10 years.

Rawk confirmed the following on social media:

From the gutters of Grimsby to the bright lights of New York. Last week i got an email inviting me out to work with TNA Wrestling in albany, new york – today i lived out a childhood dream when i had a tryout match and wrestled inside a TNA Wrestling ring. A huge thank you to the company as well as the rest of the crew. what an absolute privilege it has been to work with you all.

Who is Scotty Rawk?

Rawk has most recently been performing for the likes of Rev Pro, but his notable work so far has come from his runs as the TNT Ultra X Champion, BWR as the Heavyweight Champion and NORTH as the reigning Ultraviolent Champion.

Rawk has been on the radar of some of the biggest indies in the UK for quite some time, but with TNA currently being in a state of flux with many talents leaving it could be the opportunity for another top UK name to join the likes of Leon Slater and Knockouts Champion Xia Brookside.

We’ll follow up more on this as it develops and try to get some comments from Rawk following his tryout with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling.
