TNA announces matches for next two weeks of Impact
TNA has announced some matches for the next two episodes of Impact.
For the Thanksgiving night episode on Thursday, November 27, former TNA World Champion Mike Santana will face WWE NXT authority figure Robert Stone in a one-on-one matchup. Stone led the invasion of NXT talent on last week’s Impact episode that ultimately cost Santana the title in his first defense against Frankie Kazarian.
In a Final Resolution preview, Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy, Cedric Alexander, and Steve Maclin will take on Tyson Dupont, Tyriek Igwe, Lexis King, and Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo of WWE NXT. The Hardys defend their Tag titles against Dupont and Igwe at Final Resolution, while Maclin will defend his International title against Lorenzo on that show.
Brooks Jensen vs. The Home Town Man is also official for the November 27 episode.
For the Thursday, December 4 Impact, a number one contender’s match will determine who challenges for the Knockouts World title at Final Resolution. It will be Dani Luna vs. Xia Brookside in the number one contender’s bout.
