TNA Wrestling has shared an update on Trey Miguel’s return amid his injury absence.

A couple of months ago at TNA Rebellion, Miguel suffered a broken patella injury while wrestling Mustafa Ali.

On the June 11, 2026 episode of TNA Wrestling, the promotion aired its Weekly Injury Report, where an update on Miguel was provided. Out since April with a broken patella, he is now expected to get medically cleared for his in-ring return within six to eight weeks. The former champion also did not require surgery for the injury.

Miguel allegedly suffered the injury while performing a Meteora on Ali onto the steel ring steps. Despite the update on his medical clearance, there are currently no confirmed status regarding his television return.

The 31-year-old returned to TNA Wrestling in January 2026, when his deal with AEW was scrapped. While the rest of The Rascalz members joined AEW, Miguel was released from his contract.
