TNA Impact on AMC viewership continues to increase
Last Thursday’s episode of TNA Impact averaged 241,000 viewers on AMC, up 20% from the previous week and the highest audience for the show so far on the network in its four weeks on its new TV home.
The show averaged a 0.05 rating in the 18-49 demo, up 25% from last week and the highest rating the show has done in that category since debuting on January 15th. The show tied for 58th on the night on the primetime cable charts.
Nielsen updated the way they determined ratings and viewership numbers beginning the week of January 26 which has resulted in a marked increase for wrestling TV shows across the board, particularly for those airing on cable.
Here are the viewership totals and 18-49 demo ratings for each episode of TNA Impact on AMC since the show’s debut along with the average in both categories. This week’s show was up 22.6% in overall viewers and 25% in 18-49 as compared to the average for the previous 3 weeks.
